Feel for you @Big Sandy. Sometimes a ride is the only thing that keeps me sane! Going through the planning process with our house at the moment and the council are being difficult for the sake of being frickin difficult! A bit like skittles, whatever you knock down they put another obstacle in the way.I haven't ridden mine properly since about April last year, did something to my back which means I can't bear my weight fully on my left leg. Can't stand for any great length of time either.
Not ideal when you have a top heavy old Triumph, and you can't put your left leg down at a junction.
Pissed off much?
Today was bone dry, the first in ages so I dusted off the bike, checked the tyres, put a bit of fresh fuel in and went out. Nowhere to go, no time constraint and wall to wall sunshine. A 50 mile jaunt across North Devon did wonders to alleviate pent up stress with a stop for coffee. Phone off only added to the experience. Sometimes a couple of hours being selfish does wonders for the soul.
Hope you recover soon my friend & get back on the bike
