Series 3 fuel tank

In Fourth Gear
Has anyone got a photo of how the rear bolt should be fitted on a series 3 fuel tank? I guess one rubber washer goes between the tank and chassis but where does the other go, nut or bolt side?

From top, bolt head, washer, chassis, tank, washer, funky L shaped washer thing, lock washer, nut.

Least, that's how mine came apart, so I put it back the same every time.

Fuel tank fittings??

OK, I have finished sealing my fuel tank to deal with the rust, and have painted it, now I got a fuel tank fitting kit but it only has 4 bolts with it, one is bigger than the rest and it has two rubbers, (photo). can anyone tell me if anything is missing? Or how they go on? I did buy extra...
