Has anyone experienced this issue, slight warping on the door panel? Is this a manufacturer fault? Look forward to your comments.

Slight? that looks like delamination, usually caused by excessive elbow skin contact sweat and/or skin moisturiser - slowly cooked by solar gain.
Personally if I were presented with that as a potential warranty claim, I'd reject it as due to outside influence. What condition is the steering wheel in?
